Do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the guide opens in their browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign into.
What happens after the 24 hours?
Your guide is live on its own link. You get the QR code and the templates to print and put in the room.
How do I change something later?
Send us a message on WhatsApp and we update it for you. The printed QR code never changes, so nothing has to be reprinted.
What web address does my guide get?
On the Guide plan it lives at mansiostudio.com/yourhotel. On Guide + AI Chat we register your own address, like yourhotel.guide, and manage it for you. Your QR code points there either way.
Which languages does it cover?
Eleven, and your guest's phone picks the right one automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You keep the guide until the end of the month you paid for.
What if I do not like it?
Look at a real guide before you buy, through the demo link. If something is not right after launch, contact us and we will fix it.
