Refund Policy

Overview

Payments for Mansio Studio subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. All billing and refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's terms and this policy.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your guide until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if the guide has not yet been delivered. Once your guide has been created and delivered, no refund will be issued, as the service has been rendered in full.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your guide, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
