Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all agreements between Simon Duhatschek, Mansio Studio, Römerweg 38, 71083 Herrenberg, Germany (hereinafter "Mansio Studio") and the customer regarding the use of the digital Welcome Guide service. Customer terms that differ from these are not recognised unless Mansio Studio expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Service Description
Mansio Studio creates and operates digital Welcome Guides for boutique accommodations as a monthly subscription. The service includes the individual creation, setup, and ongoing provision of a web-based guest guide based on information provided by the customer. The guide is typically available within 48 hours of the customer providing complete information. All guide content is created by Mansio Studio (done-for-you).
3. Contract and Term
The contract is concluded upon completion of the online ordering process and confirmation by Mansio Studio. The subscription runs on a monthly basis and renews automatically for another month unless cancelled in time. The notice period is 14 days before the end of the respective billing period. Cancellation can be made by email to contact@mansiostudio.com.
4. Pricing and Payment
Current prices are available on the website at mansiostudio.com. Payment is made monthly in advance via the payment service provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle acts as the legal seller and handles all international tax compliance. Mansio Studio operates as a small business under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG); no VAT is charged.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide all information necessary for the creation of the guide completely and truthfully. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Mansio Studio. The customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights to any content they provide (e.g. images, texts).
6. Right of Withdrawal
Mansio Studio is a B2B service directed exclusively at commercial customers. There is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. For questions about cancellation, please contact: contact@mansiostudio.com
7. Liability
Mansio Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the service, unless based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Amendments
Mansio Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be informed of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the customer does not object within 14 days of notification, the new Terms of Service are deemed accepted.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Herrenberg, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
